AccountNow® Prepaid Visa® is a prepaid debit card issued by MetaBank with a license from Visa. This is not a credit card which allows you to spend money that you don’t have. It is actually a debit card in which you must first deposit money in order to use it for making purchases or withdrawing cash from the ATMs.
